Terms of Use

These terms are the deal between you and us when you play Huntt. Play fair, play safe, respect people and places, and remember that the game happens in the real world, where you are responsible for yourself.
Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or playing Huntt, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Huntt is made by Outerworlds ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Who can play
You must be 15 or older. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian agrees to you playing where the law requires it. You must give your real date of birth; we use it to apply age protections. One person, one account.
Real-world play
Huntt is played on foot, outdoors, in real places. You choose where you go and how you move, and you are responsible for your own safety and for following the law, including traffic rules, trespass laws, park hours and local signs. Read the Safety guide before you play.
- Never enter private property, closed areas, roads, railways or water, even if they are inside the zone.
- Never drive, cycle or ride a scooter during a hunt.
- A catch is a button press. Never grab, push, block, trip or physically chase anyone into danger.
- Hosts must draw zones over public places that are safe to play in, and must not set meeting points at homes.
- Stop playing if you feel unwell, unsafe or are asked to leave by someone in charge of a place.
Fair play
Do not cheat. That includes spoofing your GPS, using modified apps or emulators, sharing Stealth positions with Scouts, playing on someone else's account, or abusing bugs. Our servers check locations and may void matches, adjust ranks or suspend accounts when they find cheating.
How you treat others
Do not harass, threaten, bully, stalk or discriminate against anyone, in voice, codenames or anywhere else. Do not use Huntt to find out where someone lives or to meet them for anything other than the game. Do not share other players' personal details. Codenames must not be offensive or impersonate someone.
You can report or block any player from their Player card or after a match. People review reports and may warn, restrict or remove accounts. If anyone is in danger, call your local emergency number first.
Your account
Keep your sign-in safe; you are responsible for what happens on your account. You can delete it at any time in Settings > Account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put other people at risk.
Game items
XP, ranks, powers, suits and other in-game items have no money value, cannot be sold or transferred, and may change as the game is balanced.
The service
We work hard to keep Huntt running, but it depends on GPS, Bluetooth, mobile data and servers that can fail. Positions, catches and results may sometimes be wrong. We may change, pause or end features or the game.

Our responsibility
Huntt is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage that comes from how or where you choose to play, from other players' behaviour, or from the game being unavailable or inaccurate. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited, or our liability where it cannot be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it applies; playing after that means you accept it. Questions go to support@playhuntt.online.
